The Private Protective Services Board and Alarm Systems Licensing Board have recognized the difficulty that licensees have when attempting to register an applicant with a criminal history. The Board has assembled a Grading Chart with a Table of Use, which will provide insight into which applicant may be approved and which applicant may be denied. Please note that the Chart grades all misdemeanors in North Carolina. Felony convictions are graded according to the standard set forth in the Table of Use.  Once you open the below document you can do a quick search by clicking on Find and then type in what you are looking for and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
